I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, located in Albany NY.

I am also a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. (www.abmp.com/home) and a Reiki Master Practitioner.



My training is based in Swedish Massage, but various other modalities -- particularly energy work -- such as Shiatsu, Reiki & Reflexology, are incorporated into a basic 60 or 90 minute massage.
